Kids Empowered, LLC began as a private practice that provides individual counseling. Hara Howard, LPC has a passion for helping children and families who struggle with anxiety. As Hara has built connections with many families and helped so many children who are struggling, she expanded her impact as the author of two children’s books. Kids Empowered truly believes in the education and practicing of skills which is where our Worry Detective groups started. We know you can’t work with children and not their families, so Kids Empowered is geared towards integrating different modalities and parent coaching in order to help children and families become empowered to take control of their mental health!
